CONTROLLING LIFE

Carry nothing, and be carried.

Give these questions a moment.

1. Did you choose to be born?

2. Did you choose your family?

3. The country you were born in?

4. The house you grew up in?

5. Why this exact moment in time?

We spend so much energy trying to control life, while the most essential parts are already happening by themselves.

Your heart beats.
Your lungs breathe.
Life keeps moving.

Try to stop breathing for a moment.
Eventually, life takes over again.

Something inside you wants to live.

Maybe life is less about controlling everything, and more about learning to trust what already carries you.

Let it happen.

HERE & NOW

There is only now — and it’s forever.

Time helps us organize life, but exists inside the mind.

You want proof?
The sky does not know what year it is.
The ocean does not care about Monday.
The sun does not rise with a clock.
It simply rises, and fall’s on the other side.

Life simply moves.

Past and future live through thought. Through memory, expectation and imagination.

And while thinking is useful, it can also pull us away from what is actually happening right now.

The more deeply we live inside old memories or future scenarios, the more distant the present moment becomes.

Freedom begins the moment you return here again.

Not yesterday.
Not next year.

Here.
Now.
Forever.

If you are reading this, you are connected to something invisible.

You cannot see the internet, yet it surrounds all of us. It quietly became part of daily life — shaping how we communicate, create, learn, work and connect.

Most people use it every day without fully understanding how it works. And maybe that’s the interesting part.

Beyond the technical side, there is also something deeply human about it: billions of people, thoughts, ideas and emotions connected instantly across the world.

The internet created freedom for many people.
Freedom to create. Freedom to learn. Freedom to live differently.

At the same time, it can easily consume our attention if we lose awareness.

But certainty is rare.

Maybe that’s not a problem.

Maybe life was never meant to be fully figured out.

Everything changes anyway.

So breathe.

You don’t have to carry the whole universe on your shoulders.
