Our return policy entitles you to return the product within 10 days from the day you received your order. However, the products can only be returned when they are unused and sent back in the original packaging + tags.
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to apply for a return.
2. Mention: Order number, payment method of order and product(s) you want to return.
3. We’ll confirm within 24 hours with the return address.
4. You ship the return products with a reliable shipping-service.
5. You send us the trackingcode of the return package via email.
6. We’ll confirm arrival via email and apply for refund within 1-3 days.
When returning a product you are responsible for the shipment + costs. Make sure to always keep hold of your Track & Trace code and receipts.
Exchange clothing is only possible if unused because of hygiene. Solely at events we’ll have demo versions available which make it possible to try our clothing and other products for free. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to know on which events we are representing the Official Fack It Store.
We strive to process your refund including possible shipping costs of your order within 5 days counting from the day we received the products. Please note that – depending on the payment platform – it can take up to 5 extra business days for the money to be back on your account. For example PayPal and Creditcard services can take up to 5-7 working days.
Cancel or changing an order is not possible after an order is confirmed and the payment is received, the automatic packaging and shipping process starts immediately so we are not able to make any changes.
